Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are agreed in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins. Information on this website — including sample pricing — is for general guidance and is not a binding quote.

Discovery Calls & Quotes

Our free discovery call carries no obligation. Any estimate given during or after the call is based on the information available at that time and may change as project scope is defined.

Payment

Fees, payment schedules, and any recurring charges (such as monthly care, Google Business management, or AI-search optimization) are set out in your individual agreement. Recurring services continue until cancelled per the terms of that agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the MOTV8D brand — is owned by MOTV8D Designs and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for a client is addressed in that client's agreement; typically, ownership transfers upon full payment.

No Guarantee of Results

We bring real experience and effort to every project, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, lead volume, or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services

Our work may involve third-party platforms (for example, Google, Meta, hosting, and email providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOTV8D Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas.
